My First Single: What I learned Along the Way
WOW. It happened. I released onto Spotify. My perfectly imperfect gesture to the universe, and to myself, of claiming the path of SACRED VIBE.
Is it an absolute representation of my essence? No. Is it impeccably well done and insanely awesome? Also no. Is it mine? YES!
In my experience, its not so much about what you do, but who you become along the way. And integration is key. So I pulled some trusty Oracle Cards to help reflect - and man were they SPOT ON.

Oh, did I mention I set a release date + put together an online concert with 360+ people registered BEFORE having the song produced? Talk about a deadline. Lesson learned.
So, what has this journey been?
01 Learning to Ground Energy Into Matter
The journey from the etheric realms to birthing something tangibly into this world. Really learning all the different things that go into bringing a song to life in a digital format…and it’s no joke! Not to mention the inner demons that come up along the way. That was the biggest evolution for marker for me - as a recovering perfectionist, I actually found that I could decently navigate the level of judgement of myself, the process, my abilities, the “right” thing to do, etc. pretty well. It really is a flag to divine timing. Not that I didn’t feel some levels of anxiety and stress, but had this been a couple of years ago, I likely would’ve folded under the the pressure…but not this time baby!
02 Energetic Output
I’m learning the amount of energy it takes to create something from the soul and what it means to nourish myself appropriately throughout the process. After all, to me, nothings a success if I had to sacrifice to the point of depletion. I’m working towards a life of creation that honors whats needed, both for the project, and for myself. It was a great practice in balancing my masculine + feminine aspects. Unifying inspired action with nourishment, honor, and ceremony of soul.
03 The True Work
I really learned the process from not only song creation, but marketing and also what my needs are in collaborating with producers, mentors, etc. It’s a continuous practice for me to speak my needs and trust they’ll be met. This is the path to the life I want. It takes a village and that means I need to be able to not only recognize my needs and wants, but be able to articulate them clearly and compassionately…and trust I’ll be supported.
04 Soulful Surrender
The amount of surrender and release of control this process took in order to not have a nervous breakdown was REAL. lol. I’m really proud of the non-attachment musculature I’ve honed…and I also see where more is needed. It’s also been great practice in discernment…what requires more attention and what’s actually not worth my energy.
So HERE IT IS - my love letter to universe declaring my commitment to bringing the Sacred Sexy back and creating a HOLY F*CKING VIBE YO! <3
